Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Surprise, AZ.
Brian did an outstanding job for my wife and I. We were only in the area for about 4 days and Brain went above and beyond from being flexible on his schedule to accommodate us to spending all day with us looking at over 30 homes in those 4 days! Brain also helped us lock in a house the had multiple bidders! Then during escrow Brian was again amazing and made that process as stress free as it could be. I highly recommend Brian!

Consulted me on buying or selling a home in CA 95405.
I had the opportunity to work with Brian when I moved to California and was looking for my first home. As he is located in AZ, he could not be my agent, but was able to refer me to a Coldwell Banker agent in my local area.
He sent her my information and gave her a background about me and what I was looking for. I got a call from that agent within a few days, and within 6 weeks I had signed for my new home. Brian made it an easy and seamless process and helped to remove the anxiety of my move and home purchase. I can't recommend him enough!

Ive worked with a few realtors here in Arizona as I am a native.
Ive had mostly rude, lazy and not so friendly people over the years.
My family and I were in a bind and I just randomly found Brian online.
All I can say is Brian is AWESOME! He found us a place in no time! He worked hard and jumped on everything that came up,( as many probably know, right now the market is very competitive). So not only did he work hard at finding a great place but he was fun to shop with!
